(v)       Shri Sanjiv Mittal, IDAS (84), Secretary, Oil Industries Development Board, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation against the vacancy on appointment of Shri Dinesh Singh, IAS (UP 82) as Secretary, Department of Land Resources.

(vi)      Shri Rabindra Panwar, IAS (BH 85), Additional Secretary, Department of Defence as Additional Secretary & Financial Adviser, Ministry of Home Affairs against the vacancy on appointment of Smt Sanjeevani Kutty, IAS (MH 83) as Secretary, Border Management, Ministry of Home Affairs.

(vii)     Dr P.V. Ramesh Babu, IAS (AP 85), presently in the cadre as Chairman & Managing Director, Rural Electrification Corporation of India, Ministry of Power, under the Central Staffing Scheme.

(viii)    Dr R.K. Vats, IAS (WB 86), presently in the cadre as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare vice Shri K.B. Agarwal, IAS (J&K 85), Additional Secretary, to be repatriated to his cadre.

(ix)      Shri Anshu Prakash, IAS (AGMUT 86), Additional Secretary, Department of Heavy Industry, as Additional Secretary & Financial Adviser, Department of Rural Development, Ministry of Rural Development against the vacancy on appointment of Smt. Seema Bahuguna, IAS (RJ 83) as Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises.

(x)       Shri B.S. Bhullar, IAS (UP 86), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation as Director General, Civil Aviation, in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary, by keeping the RRs for the post in abeyance.

(xi)      Shri Yaduvendra Mathur, IAS (RJ 86), Chairman & Managing Director, EXIM Bank as Additional Secretary, NITI Aayog vice Shri Alok Kumar, IAS (AM 84). The officer would assume charge of the post on completion of his tenure as CMD, EXIM Bank.

The ACC also approved the following:

(i)                 Proposal of the Department of Fertilizers for extension of the additional charge of the posts of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), FCIL & HFCL to Shri Sushil Kumar Lohani, Joint Secretary (SKL), Department of Fertilizers, in additional to his own duties from 01.01.2017 till 15.02.2017, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

 

(ii)               Proposal of the Department of Space for appointment of Shri S. Rakesh, Outstanding Scientist and currently Director, ISRO Propulsion Complex (IPRC), Mahendragiri as Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD), Antrix Corporation Limited (ACL), Bangalore, on immediate absorption basis, in the HAG+ scale of Rs. 75,500-80,000/- for a period of five years w.e.f. the date of assumption of the charge of the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
