Increasing Cooperation

Ships of the Roanld Reagan Carrier Strike Group and the Indian Navy's Western Fleet fall into formation during a passing exercise (PASSEX) on 22 October 2008 to symbolize the completion of Malabar '08, a bilateral exercise designed to increase cooperation between United States and Indian naval forces.
