Western Fleet's Flagship

The guided-missile destroyer INS Rana D52 leads the passing exercise (PASSEX) formation in the Indian Ocean on 22 October 2008. The aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan led the formation, as it received honors in passing by the Indian Navy's Western Fleet flagship - INS Mumbai D62 - a guided missile destroyer.
